Dressage Summer Camp 2025

Adult Summer Camp - August 8th - 10th at Klamath Equestrian Center

Clinician: Lindsey Parker of LP Dressage

https://www.lpdressage.com/

About the Clinician:

Lindsey Parker has been riding horses her entire life, doing dressage for nearly 20 years, and grew up near Portland, OR. She left the wonderful NW and moved to Fort Worth, TX in 2021. She started out jumping as a young kid, but made the switch to dressage early on. Through the years, she has achieved her USDF Bronze, Silver, and Gold medals all by the age of 16 on horses either started herself or finished herself, and of the unconventional breeds. Lindsey has also earned her USDF Silver and Gold freestyle bars on self-made freestyles, even placing top 5 at USDF Finals in Kentucky in 2023. Lindsey has always been a team player for both horse and rider, and this was demonstrated early on as a recipient of the Shining Star youth sportsmanship award, but has continued along this belief in her training, riding, and teaching which has created hundreds of happy horses and riders throughout the years.

As of 2025, Lindsey is now an ‘L’ graduate with distinction under the incredible teaching of Joan Darnell, Debbie Riel-Rodriguez, Dolly Hannon, Anne Cizaldo, and Jodi Lees. She plans to continue her judging education, with this also comes incredible benefit to her teaching methodology with a focus on biomechanics and function of test movements and exercises. Over the years, Lindsey has worked with several international clinicians including Lehua Custer, Laura Graves, Anne Gribbons, Christine Traurig, Christophe Theallet, Scott Hassler, Arthur Kottas, and Lilo Fore to name a few. Lindsey has a heavy focus on harmony, heart, and partnership and emphasizes this so much due to learning it doesn’t take the fanciest warmblood to do well- it takes heart and determination, and any partnership can set their mind to achieve their goals and more.
